In an epic struggle for freedom, El Salvadorian day laborer Elmer crosses one desert into the United States and another one into the “Popular Post Hippie Desert Festival”, unearthing what it’s like being an American today. 

THE STORY

Never before on screen have the two worlds of immigration & new-age festivals collided with such force & such controversial results as they do in dadass FILMS’ face melting exposé, Blurring Man. 

To probe the actual diversity of B***ing Man, the world’s most profitable experience festival, dadass enlists Elmer, our day laborer hero from El Salvador, jettisoning him somewhere in the Nevada desert amidst a throbbing makeshift city of 70,000 fire obsessed neo-spiritual hooligans. 

In the film, the festival easily becomes the perfect allegory for American privilege & excess. Which catches the eye, & subsequent wrath, of the festival’s expert legal team, who plot to incinerate the entire project. As shadowy agents threaten Elmer’s safe desert passage, we learn much more is actually at stake. 

Blurring Man places you squarely in the center of the most basic of human struggles, the struggle for freedom. Where against all enemies; foreign, domestic & corporate, one false blur, could cost you your life.
